DOUBLE PAY OFF REEL
This double pay off reel assure continuous feeding without reloading. The cut side is feeling strip to the mill to other side available for coil is unbusted by releasing in the complete arrangement and loads its own unit and strip shearing.
To maintain the mill centre the entry guide arrangement is provide.
STRIP GUIDE ARRANGEMENT
Before the strip is fed to the mill it is properly guided by means of 1 set of horizontal and 3 set of vertical rollers and for it proper positioning during this operation, strip edges cap bead will slide. These have of by edge trimming tools which are dully provided in between roll guiding arrangement.
Pinch roll are driven are type double output gearbox. The upper roll is raised and lowered by pun mated alloy operated with cylinder and solenoid valve, strip will be guided by slides by entry guide roll arrangement.
The Strip leveller consists of 3-roller level the incoming strip before it is feed into sheer edge welder. These should be arrangement to adjust the upper roller and all rollers are EN-9 hardened and ground.
A "rigidity stand" mounted with top and bottom stamping roll for stamping of company monogram on every one-meter pipe length has also been provided.
FARMING MILL DRIVEN ROLL STAND
3 nos. of forming roll stand properly machined and fitted with TR bearing 32214 in the chocks mounted with 85mm dia shaft machine from EN-9 material dully-hard crome plated and ground finished are provided. The drive to the entire stand will be through worm type reduction gearbox. These gearboxes are coupled with proper shafts.
CLUSTER SLIDE (V.F.R. 1,2,3.)
This unit consists of three set of vertical forming roll slide mounted with shaft made by alloy steel dully hard and chrome plated to suit with TR bearing 32212 and shaft dia 60mm.
FIN ROLL STAND
3 nos. of driven fin roll stand identical to sizing stand having shaft dia 85mm and dully fitted with TR bearing 32214 in the stand chocks are provided for proper strip formation. These shaft and housing are interchangeable with the driven roll stand.
SIDE ROLL SLIDE OPERATION 7A
One no. of slide roll installed after the fin roll stand dully fitted with 60mm dia shaft to suit TR bearing 32212.
SEAM GUIDE ARRANGEMENT
For proper guiding the strip edge welding section a rotary type seam guide arrangement which can be adjusted vertically as well as laterally, is provided. Seam disc is made by HC/HCR steel dully hardness and ground finished.
BEAD SCRAPER UNIT
For removing the external hot welded bead scrafing arrangement is provided. Outside scarfing tool, a holder is mounted on slide, which can be incorporated both vertically and horizontally. 2 nos. of outside scarfing slide assembled that as stand by dully fitted with scarfing tool. A horizontal vee shaped rolled and for the bottom support of pipe during the scarfing operation of pipe is also provided.
SEAM IRONING STAND
1 no. Seam ironing stand horizontal on driven of stand to smoothen the welded scarfing portion on the pipe is provided. The stand is identical to fin roll stand having 90mm dia shaft fitted with TR bearing 32214 in the stand chocks.
To cool the welding tube before it reaches to sizing section steel fabricated chamber fitted with water spraying system is provided. The length of cooling zone is 2 meter.
3 nos. of driving sizing roll stand identical to fin roll stand having shaft dia 90mm fitted with TR bearing 32214 in the stand chocks. All their parts are identical and completely interchangeable.
TRUCK HEAD SECTION
To ensure perfect straightness in the pipe before it is can on the C.O.C. machine truck head unit consisting of 3 horizontal mounted 2+2 roll vertically mounted in the slides.
It consists of high speed cut of carriage machine by flying saw for cutting of tube to required length 3 to 5 meter. As soon as the pipe reaches to predetermined length the pipe clamping takes place and the carriage starts moving along with the mill speed. The cutting of pipe takes place by pneumatically ejecting of cutter after head being driven by electric motor. After the cutting of pipe the cutter is lifted back. Pipe decamps and carriage returns to its home position.
The main mill drive to the forming, fin and sizing roll stand will be through worm type reduction Gear box of 7+7(14) centre. They are 8 nos. gearbox coupled each other by chain sprockets and connected with their respective stand by proper shaft and flange coupling. The entire stand is rigidly mounted on the base frames.
All the base frame are steel fabricated and complete machined bed.

RUN OUT TABLE
Run out table fitted with vee rolls in the pillow blocks rigidity mounted on channel fabricated frame to receive pipe from the C.O.C. machine and further ejecting to the pipe collecting pockets. The system will be complete with the pipe ejector pneumatically operated.
Propeller shaft for drives to the mill from gearbox to stand by flange coupling connect the propeller shaft with gearbox to mill stand will be provided.
